Jae Cardona

Director of Client Services

What is your role at ANTOLINO Wealth Advisors?

As Director of Client Services in our Estero, Florida location, I’m responsible for ensuring that each client’s experience with our firm feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully managed. From the moment a client comes on board, I oversee the service side of the relationship — handling account openings, managing ongoing requests, and ensuring every detail is taken care of with care. I work closely with our advisory team so that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently. If questions arise or something more complex comes up, I’m here as a trusted resource to provide clarity and follow-through. My goal is simple: that every client feels known, supported, and exceptionally well cared for.

Tell us about yourself and your family.

I’ve lived in Fort Myers since 2017, though I’ve had the opportunity to call several interesting places home over the years, including Hawaii and Alaska. My husband and I got married in 2025, and we recently welcomed our first pet together — a Cavachon named Charlie, whom we adopted at five months old. We feel extremely blessed and are active in our Catholic faith, enjoying staying connected with our community. I’m also a certified open-water scuba diver and enjoy taking boxing lessons. My husband works as a maintenance supervisor with Hilton, so we love taking advantage of hotel discounts whenever we travel.

Why did you pursue a career in finance?

I didn’t originally start out in finance — I began my career as a property community manager overseeing 270 condominiums. I later transitioned into the financial industry, where I supported 14 financial advisors as part of a two-person client service team. While the experience helped me grow professionally, the workload was extremely heavy and there was very little work-life balance. When I later interviewed with a respected colleague and learned more about the RIA side of the industry, I realized I felt both morally and professionally aligned with a model where client interests truly come first. I never looked back. Today, I’m grateful to work with supportive, knowledgeable colleagues who communicate openly and collaborate to provide the best experience for our clients.

What do you do for fun?

On the weekends, you’ll likely find me attending Mass, exploring a local farm and feeding the animals, kayaking through Southwest Florida’s waterways, or spending time at the beach. I also enjoy visiting SeaWorld and Busch Gardens as an annual pass member, scuba diving, traveling, hiking, and doing some recreational boxing — all alongside my husband, who is my endlessly fun (and occasionally exasperating) partner in crime.
