Marlie Griffith
Tell us about yourself and your family.
I grew up in Grove City, OH alongside my sister and my mother. I attended Otterbein University and graduated Cum Laude in 2021. I currently reside in German Village.
Why did you pursue a career in finance?
I didn’t necessarily pursue finance, but more so this particular role. My undergraduate degree is in literary studies, and finance feels like a complete 180. However, my role in the firm is unique, which not only teaches me something new daily, but also meets the level of creativity I’m comfortable with. Being able to take on unorthodox responsibilities within the finance space satisfies both the Type A and Type B sides of me, as I often find myself somewhere in between.
What is your role at Antolino & Associates?
I am our president’s executive assistant. I help Ralph keep track of his professional and personal commitments and lend administrative support in the Broad St. office where I can. I joined the Antolino & Associates team in 2022.
What might we catch you doing for fun on the weekend?
I am an avid thrift-shopper, reader, and weekend road-tripper. I love trying new restaurants, I’m always documenting via digital photography or journal entry, and I enjoy staying active, whether that means lifting or taking a yoga class. Though I’m an introvert by nature, I try to spend as much time as I can with my loved ones.
