Tell us about yourself and your family.

I grew up in Carroll, Ohio and currently reside in Hilliard Ohio with my husband of many years, Dave.  We have two daughters, and four grandchildren who also live in the Hilliard area.  I am a 2003 graduate of Franklin University’s Organizational Leadership program.  Before joining Antolino & Associates in early 2023, I worked at several Fortune 100 companies as a business and information technology project manager and acquired my Project Management Professional (PMP) license in 2003 from PMI International.

Why did you pursue a career in finance?

I have worked in many different business arenas including medical/pharmaceutical, health care, government, and insurance.   Because I wanted to learn more about investment and finance, I thought joining a highly respected group of Registered Investment Advisors would be a great start to improving my financial acumen.  A bonus is finding that the company I joined shares my view of what a highly engaged, welcoming work environment is.  Every day is an exciting opportunity for me to learn and grow with a group of highly motivated, customer focused team members whom I enjoy and deeply respect!

What is your role at Antolino & Associates?

As our Office Manager, I am the friendly face who will personally greet and welcome you to our downtown Columbus, Ohio office.  My goal is to ensure a positive staff and client experience through proactive and efficient oversight of daily office activities.  Looking for ways to improve our efficiency is important to ensuring that my team members can focus on bringing positive results to our clients.

What might we catch you doing for fun on the weekend?

I love spending time with my beloved family and my dog, Joey.  In my spare time, you can often find my mom, Rita, and I at the dog park with Joey.  I also enjoy taking the grandkids hiking, kayaking, and camping.  I am an active member in my church and volunteer to assist with cooking duties every year at our summer church camp.
